All clients using our Virtual Receptionist services receives a toll-free number regardless of the option they choose (local numbers available for an additional fee).

The essential Virtual Receptionist package begins at $95/month with a one time setup fee of $45.  After personalized answering, your calls will be forwarded to a phone number of your choice or to your voicemail. No matter where you are, your caller will be connected seamlessly, and they will never know if you are in your office or at your kid's soccer game! This package includes up to 150 calls/month ($.50/call over 150).

For companies that need someone to handle scheduling of appointments, the elite Virtual Receptionist package includes an online calendar that can be viewed and managed by both The Business Center and the client. Our staff will answer your calls and forward regular inquiries to a phone number of your choice or to your voicemail—or, for those seeking to schedule an appointment, we will access your online calendar and find a time that is both available for you and convenient for your customer. This package begins at $110/month, which includes the development and maintenance of the online calendar plus 150 standard calls/month ($.50/call over 150). Calls that require scheduling will be charged at an additional $.50/call.
